Currently we are shipping our products to Delhi, Mumbai, UP, MP, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Pujab, Haryana and all Major towns of East & South India. Orders placed will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days except Sunday and National Holidays.

Shipping Charges : There is no shipping charges, but the minimum order should not be less than Rs.500/-.

Estimated Delivery Time : For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 6 to 8 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

We assure you complete satisfaction and peace of mind while dealing with – you can return any item within 15 days of receipt of goods, if found against the order or different product.

Order cancellations : If you would like to cancel an order, you can send an email at and provide details of the order you would like to cancel. If you cancel the order before the product has been shipped, you will receive a complete refund through NEFT. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be possible from our end.

Every situation is different, and we do our best to make sure that customers are satisfied. Here are the most common scenarios:-

Damage in transit : Let us know as soon as possible if an order arrives and has apparently been damaged in transit. Keep all packaging and shipping materials until the matter is resolved.

Defective items : If an item appears to be defective, either upon receipt or after a short period of use, let us know. Typically we will ask for the defective item to be returned to us, and we will ship out a brand new replacement. As a general rule, we do not exchange defective items which were purchased more than 30 days ago.

Item does not meet customer needs. We recommend purchasing small quantities when trying out a new condom for the first time, as this is a great way to try a range of products.

All the refund will be made through NEFT only in the registered name of the customer.. The NEFT will be made in favor of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of purchase online.
